Guinea Florin is a Property Management Company, based near Tower Hill, London.Guinea Florin was established in 1999 by Kim Grace, primarily to purchase the freehold on a Tower Hill property. Very quickly Guinea Florin became the vehicle with which Kim managed his very first building.
For 20 years Kim ran a professional photographic company, based in the City. During the last 10 years, he was also establishing his own property portfolio.
Since childhood, Kim has had an eye for detail and an interest in buildings, construction and engineering. This interest was picked up from his father who was a technical architect and project manager in construction, running a variety of building projects - from large commercial office buildings in the City of London to local community buildings, church centres, nursing homes and private housing developments.
His lifetime around construction, with many years of investigating buildings and how they are built and work, has helped Kim run Guinea Florin successfully for the past ten years. Kim says:
"I take personal pride in the management of my properties and pay meticulous attention to their upkeep and improvement. I am very aware of the common problems that buildings often inherit including leaking roofs, damp, blocked over-flows, poor wiring and inadequate communal lighting.
